This month, we present two fresh and exciting short film scripts:

🕵🏽‍♂️ The Bookhouse Club – a mystery thriller by Maurice Demus

While uncovering the unsolved murder of his sister, a man confronts the trauma of his past and reconnects with his estranged father.

👻 Serial Siren – a supernatural comedy by Lainnie Contreras Felán

When an ambitious South Texas reporter sets out to expose the elusive spirit La Llorona, she finds herself tangled in a web of myth versus reality. As her big break turns into a supernatural showdown, she must uncover the truth before she becomes headline news herself.

Come hear these short films read aloud by talented actors, followed by thoughtful, constructive feedback from York Walker (FBI) and Van Ward (The Witches).
